Our Test Lab is a Personal Creation of Costa Giove!
Its creation arose from experience and the needs presented during the course of hydraulic pump repairs.
Our tester is adapted to accept all types of hydraulic pumps and perform various types of checks depending on the machine and the type of repair.
The Test
Every machine that we undertake to repair or rebuild is tested in our new standard test rooms.
The test procedure varies depending on the type of hydraulic motor. There are several checkpoints that are likely to be included in any testing strategy.
These checkpoints include evaluating the quality of flow and pressure at each pump stroke, the operation of the sump drain, and the revolutions per minute produced by the hydraulic motor.
